The Royal College of music in Stockholm (KMH), Aurora Chamber Music and Musikakademi Vänersborg welcomes young exceptional international artists to apply for the master classes and festival in 7-18 August in Trollhättan/Sweden.

Just a few weeks ago, we finished the latest edition of Aurora. It was a great success with 100 musicians from all over the world and many sold out concerts.

In a few of days is the deadline for the application to the Aurora Chamber Music Master Classes in October. Master Classes at Aurora are never boring, and the professors teaching them make sure to make them to a success for each of the students. Check out the pictures from some of the past summer courses here.

We are so glad that many students already have applied to participate in the Aurora Master Classes in August.
We expect many applications to arrive within the next few days before deadline on May 15th, and we are very happy to help you find your way through the website and the application process.
There is 3 different courses that you can choose based on your interest & nationality:
1. If you are a EU citizen you can apply for the European Master Classes, which has NO COURSE FEE. You will receive 7,5 ECTS …

A total of 12 pianists, 15 cellists, 15 violists, and 31 violinists landed at Vänersborg under a stubborn rain last Sunday. Musicians from all over the world are here to study, practice, meet with peers and play 10 concerts during the Aurora spring festival starting on Thursday the 25th of April.
Most of these people never played together before, many of them never met before, but still during these days they have to find a way to play together. And it has to sound good. Is’t amazing?
