Menu and offers

Hi and welcome to us at Folkets Hus Kulturhuset for The Aurora Music Star Festival event.
We are serving lunch and dinner from Wednesday 8 of August until Sunday 19 of August. Lunch is served between 12 pm – 1.45 pm and dinner 5 pm – 7 pm
Our restaurant is placed in the middle of the house on level 2 and it is called Apollon.

Food card

If you want you can buy our special ”Food cards” for the course. That includes 15 or 8 hot meals (lunch and dinner).

The meals, included in this ”Food cards” are served in the restaurant located in the same building as the course venue and are of basic and good standard including salad, drink, bread and coffee. There will also be vegetarian alternatives.

“Food Cards” for lunch and dinner – two alternatives:
1) Food card with 15 vouchers for 1200 SEK.
or
2) Food card with 8 vouchers for 650 SEK.

If you are buying single meals at the counter instead, the price for lunch is 69 sek and for dinner 89 sek.
We are serving following for lunch and dinner and it includes: Lemonade/Carbonated water, salad bar, bread and coffee.

August 8: 
Lunch: Spaghetti Carbonara / Spaghetti w tomatosauce. 
Dinner: Baked chicken fillet w rise and roots / Quorn fillet w rise and roots.                      

August 9:
Lunch:
Fish casserole w shrimp / Chickpea stew.                                                    
Dinner: Noodlewook w chicken / Noodlewook w vegetables.

August 10:
Lunch:
Home made hamburgers / Vegetarian home made hamburgers.
Dinner: Schnitzel w gravy and green peas / Vegetable risotto.

August 11:                                                                                                                           
Lunch: Stuffed paprika w tomato sauce and rice / same as ordinary lunch.         
Dinner: Beef Bourgignon w rise / Quorn Bourgignon w rise.

August 12:                                                                                                                              
Lunch: Lasagne al forno / Lasagna al forno vegetarian.                                                       
Dinner: Pan-fried fish fillet w creamy sauce / Pasta hash w tofu and pesto.

August 13:                                                                                                                                
Lunch: Currychicken w mango chutney and rise / Risotto w vegetables and mango chutney.                                                                                                                              
Dinner: Pizza buffet / Vegetarian pizza buffet.

August 14:                                                                                                                               
Lunch: Greek moussaka / Greek moussaka with corn.
Dinner: Hungarian goulash w rise / Bean goulash w rise.                  

August 15:                                                                                                                              
Lunch: Noodlewook w shrimp / Noodlewook w vegetables.                                                
Dinner: Pork tenderloin w mushroom gravy and potato gratin / Vegetable beef w mushroom gravy and potato gratin.

August 16:                                                                                                                             
Lunch: The House special fish fricassé w rise / Bean sauté w mushrooms.
Dinner: Roastbeef w french potatosallad / Vegetablebeef w french potatosallad.               

August 17:                                                                                                                      
Lunch: Pasta buffet w 3 various pastasallads / Pasta buffet w 3 variuos vegetarian pastasallads.                                                                                                                        
Dinner: Baked salmon w lime sauce / Quorn fillet w lime sauce.               

August 18:                                                                                                                               
Lunch: Beef stroganoff w rise / Quorn stroganoff w rise.
Dinner: Red wine braised loin w sesame potatoes / Carrotbeef w celery puree.                                            

August 19:                                                                                                                                  
Lunch: Meatloaf w feta cheese and tomato sauce / Falafel w tomatosauce.               
Dinner: paella w aioli / Vegetarian paella w aioli.

There is also á cafe (Ritz Teater café) located in the house at the ground floor, opening hours is Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 6.30 pm, Saturday 9.30 am – 3 pm.
